Abstract

The goal of this chapter is to reframe the notion of work-life balance and provide recommendations that senior military leaders can use to improve the work-life interface for themselves and those they lead. This chapter reviews the challenging work environment that senior military leaders face and examines work-life balance through a lens of occupational health psychology.
