TRADOC Regulation 10-5: Organization and Functions: U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command

Abstract

This regulation prescribes the organization, mission, and functions of the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). This is a major revision incorporating the reorganization of the TRADOC Headquarters into a General Staff, establishment of Centers of Excellence, and decisions made within the context and under the construct of the TRADOC Campaign Plan (TCP). TRADOC will continue to be an Army command in transition; therefore, this regulation introduces evolving organizational relationships associated with TRADOC Centers of Excellence, TRADOC Centers, and the Human Capital Enterprise.
