The Training Needs of the Aircrew Flight Equipment Career Field: Appendixes E (Survey Instrument) and F (Job Task Code Lookup Table)

Abstract

This appendix provides screenshots of the survey that members of the aircrew flight equipment (AFE) career field completed between October 2021 and February 2022. The approach and findings can be found in our main report. The screenshots are grouped according to the path that the participant completed. The paths that participants followed depended on their role in the career field. A chapter of the main report is dedicated to each path. There are four paths: one for everyone in the AFE career field, one for noncommissioned officers in charge (NCOICs), one for participants who self-identified as personnel who are responsible for providing training, and one for personnel who are AFE lead trainers. Table E.1, which is reproduced from the main report, provides an overview of the content covered in each of the four survey paths. For more information about the survey content and approach, see the main report.
