Final Report: GPU Cluster for Simulations and Machine-Learning

Abstract

A dedicated Graphical Processing Unit (GPU) cluster is acquired to support ongoing DoD-related research in areas currently supported by DoD, using state-of-the-art computing algorithms, to study emerging two dimensional (2D) materials and interfaces. The computational study provides crucial resources supporting the ongoing research project in multiscale modeling of nanomaterials, molecular dynamics simulations of polyimides, machine learning algorithms, and theoretical biology.
