Improvement of Interference Characteristics of the Model TDZ Transmitter

Abstract

Methods have been devised to reduce conducted and radiated interference from the Model TDZ transmitter to as low a level as is practicable. Interference reduction was accomplished by applying noise-suppression networks to transmitter relay solenoids, and by the use of shielded keying leads and a Navy type 53522 power-line filter.
