Abstract

This regulation defines policies and procedures for the effective administration of military justice over personnel assigned to the Headquarters, U.S. Army Garrison (USAG), Fort Monroe, Virginia; Headquarters, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (HQ TRADOC); and tenant organizations on Fort Monroe. It describes the method for filing reprimands by general officers and the administration of civilian criminal jurisdiction on Fort Monroe.
