Mesenchymal Stem Cell Control of Metastatic Prostate Cancer Cell Evolution and Therapy Resistance in the Bone Microenvironment

Abstract

The goal of this proposal is to examine the impact of interleukin-28 in promoting the resistance of prostate cancer cells in bone. In the third year of this award we have made significant progress and have published our work Nature Communications (IF=15). The publication represents completed Aim 1 and 4. Aim 2 and 3 are nearing completion.
