Status of Department of Defense Emerging Technology Adoption Training Programs

Abstract

This report fulfills the direction of House Report 117-118 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of Fiscal Year 2022 that requires the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, in coordination with the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, to report on the status of the Departments emerging technology adoption training programs. The NDAA cites the importance of Department of Defense efforts to train its active duty and civilian workforce on innovation and technology adoption.
