HELIOS: Accelerated Recovery of Evolving Spatial-Temporal Dynamics

Abstract

The overall goal of the HELIOS project is to create new methods, algorithms, and frameworks for ``filling in the gaps'' of large rapidly evolving datasets that are characterized by noisy and missing information, and to demonstrate a significant improvement on methods of group innovation tasks built over these datasets.
