Harnessing the Architecture of Natural Biological Modules for Templated-Assembly

Abstract

he original goals of this project were to: 1. Solve structures of polyketide synthase assembly lines from natures, and 2. Use this information to create user defined modules that could be used for various applications (electron transfer, etc.).
