Abstract

This briefing highlights results from Marine Corps active duty and Reserve component participants in the 2021 Workplace and Gender Relations survey. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the scheduled 2020 Survey of the Active Duty component was delayed; accordingly the 2021 survey was administered to members of both the Active and Reserve Components. Briefing topics include unwanted sexual contact, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, climate and culture, and updates/changes to the Workplace and Gender Relations questionnaire in 2021.
