Abstract

This report covers an analysis of the operational and technical requirements of an Automatic Carrier Controlled Approach (ACCA) system for carrier aircraft all-weather operation. There is a discussion of a detailed system proposal for aircraft turn axis control and of the functional requirements imposed on the system components.
