Diagnostics for SPPARKS' AppSinter Class

Abstract

Diagnostics within the SPPARKS' framework enable the computation of different model metrics, which are used to characterize microstructural evolution. A set of diagnostics was developed and released as part of the SPPARKS AppSinter class to quantify different metrics of the evolution of a sintered synthetic green body (e.g., density, porosity as a function of time). This report documents the extension of the diagnostic files currently available, including the addition of useful classes. The new diagnostic implementations are contributed to the SPPARKS project via GitHub.
