Final Report: Reducing COVID-19 Mortality By Characterizing the Immunoepigenetic Gut Microbiome Interactions

Abstract

This proposal's overarching goal is to examine the extent to which gut microbiome composition/diversity, epigenetic regulation of immune function, and dietary factors collectively might reduce or prevent severe clinical outcomes of COVID-19. Substantial progress was made toward understanding these relationships.
