Digital Transformation Toolkit for SMMs: Accelerating Adoption of Digital Manufacturing

Abstract

Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) collaborated with Cuesta Partners (Cuesta) to complete MxD project 20-04-01 in support of small and medium sized manufacturers (SMMs). The project capitalized on the prior work completed under MxD 17-01-01 to address the needs of SMMs in their efforts to assess digital maturity/readiness and develop comprehensive plans for deploying the highest-value Industry 4.0 (I4.0) and digital manufacturing technology solutions to manufacturing challenges.
