Abstract

On 14 October 1947, and again on 7 December 1947, Colonel S. A. Gilkey, the Base Commander, flew to Wright Field, Ohio, to discuss with personnel concerned with formulating policies at Command level, the personnel problems at Muroc Air Field and the Master Plan.
