Assembly for the Cold Rolling of Vane Sections,

Abstract

The patent describes an assembly for the cold rolling of vane sections. The assembly consists of rollers equipped with roller segments, mounted on a bed plate, with the rollers being connected via a driving gear to the piston rod of a hydraulic drive cylinder. The goal of the invention is to make possible the precise regulation of the clearance between the lower and upper segments and to increase productivity. To this end, an additional set of segments of varying diameters is mounted on the proposed assembly in a manner that allows them to rotate freely.
