Abstract

The report describes four cases of dicotex poisoning which developed under conditions of agricultural production. In the cases observed the poisoning by dicotex was shown clinically after repeated contacts. The first signs were the symptons of the stimulation of mucous membranes, headache, general weakness, nausea, vomiting, in one case - edema of the skin with the formation of blisters and an increase in temperature. In separate patients nasal hemorrhages and vomiting with an admixture of blood were observed. In 1.5-2 weeks the general manifestations of intoxication were decreased, but neurologic syndromes were exposed and became leading.
