The Effect of Complex Compounds of Microelements on Antibody Formation by Means of Experiment,

Abstract

In a special series of experiments on rabbits and white mice it was confirmed that complex compounds of microelements by vaccine-metal type was not toxic and are less reactogenic than vaccine without microelements. With the appropriate selection of doses and methods of application, these antigens can stimulate the synthesis of agglutinins, protein and plasma cells, responsible for the formation of immune globulins. The results indicate adjuvant action of complex compounds of microelements in immunization is increase in immunological activity of the organism and the increase of plasmocyte reaction.
