Experimental Analysis of Nonsteady Thermoelectric Cooling. III. Extremal Current Regimes,

Abstract

Results of an analysis of nonsteady thermoelectric cooling when a current varying according to an extremal law is passed through the thermoelement are presented. It is shown that the greatest cooling in the extremal-current regime exceeds maximum cooling in the steady regime.
