Foreign Snow Plows,
Abstract
The U.S.S.R. now produces powerful snow plows which stand idle seven to eight months of the year. The author urges production of attachable snow plows like the ones manufactured abroad. He also gives tested data as to the materials for production of snow blades and their sizes.
