Quick Frozen Prepared Dishes for Restaurants and Cafeterias,
Abstract
A review is given of the new types of quick-frozen foods being produced at the present time in the USSR. These foods are intended for restaurants and cafeterias and include a wide variety of first and second course dishes. A high quality is maintained and the taste is hardly impaired after long storage.
