Processes During Storage of Charged Silver-Cadmium (Ag-Cd) Batteries,

Abstract

The paper presents data showing the change of the electrical characteristics of the electromotive force of the capacity of the discharge voltage, the phase composition of grid electrode plugs, the composition of an electrolyte, and of the hydrate-cellulose separative film during the process of long storage of charged silver-cadmium batteries at temperatures of 20-50 degrees. The question of the possible mechanism for self-charging processes is discussed.
