Locus of Control: Supervision and Work Satisfaction.
Abstract
The research attempted to replicate and extend a number of findings relating work variables to an individual's perceived locus of control. Over 900 employees, including 169 managers, of a large metropolitan area utility participated in the study. (Modified author abstract)
