Flood Control Conduits for Detroit Dam, North Santiam River, Oregon; Hydraulic Model Investigation.

Abstract

The model investigation of the flood-control conduits for Detroit Dam was undertaken to study the hydraulic performance of the conduits under the operating criteria established by the Portland District and to recommend improvements in the basic design. The model was constructed of plastic to a scale of 1:20.
