Finite Type Functions as Limits of Exponential Sums.
Abstract
It is shown that the functions of type 1 which are bounded on the real axis are precisely the weak limits of the sums Summation, (C sub lambda) (e sup (i lambda x)), -1 = or < lambda = or < 1. (Modified author abstract)
