The Career Management and Utilization of Reserve Component USAWC Graduates.
Abstract
A study of the Reserve Component officers attendance of the US Army War College Nonresident Course is presented. The areas receiving primary attention are: prerequisites, selection procedures, curriculum, and subsequent utilization. The purpose is to evaluate the current system of achieving a USAWC education. The objective of the study is to propose recommendations designed to improve the current system.
