Improved Traction Tread Soles and Heels on Safety Shoes.

Abstract

The evaluation was conducted to provide the monitoring agency with data to evaluate safety shoes equipped with improved soles and heels. The shoes were worn by personnel in organizational motor pools and a general support maintenance shop. The shoes were found to be durable, provided adequate traction, and were generally accepted by the users. (Author)
