Production Engineering Measurement for High Current Fast-Switching Transistors.

Abstract

During the period a lot was processed through Government Source Inspected pre-cap visual inspection. However, the lot failed Group A testing. The major cause for rejection was failure to meet the high current beta specifications. Reasons for failure are discussed. (Author)
