Concentration and Information.
Abstract
Section 1 of this paper is devoted to the study of probability measures (p.m.'s) and is used in the discussion of various convergence problems. In section 2 the existence of certain information-theoretical concepts are established. Special cases of these concepts lead at least formally to a concentration.
