On Induction Period during Ignition of Dispersed System,

Abstract

When a flow with a slight dust content moves along a tube whose walls are heated to 300-1400K radiation plays the greatest role in heat exchange. For this reason a subject worthy of attention is the plotting of approximate analytical dependences describing the ignition of a group of particles by a radiant energy flux or by hot surfaces.
