Ionic Processes in Flame,

Abstract

Ionization in a flame at present has acquired important value in many applications of the process of combustion, mainly in connection with the obtaining of electrical energy with the help of the magnetohydrodynamic method. The authors examine only processes of combustion of progressive temperatures of the molecules which do not exceed 4000K. In these cases the generation of electrons, apparently, is determined by the processes of chemical ionization, by direct and stepped ionization by electron impact.
