The Phenomenon of Superplasticity of Two-Phase Alloys,

Abstract

Investigations of the phenomenon of superplasticity of two-phase alloys by several authors are discussed. A survey of experimental data on this subject is presented. Several hypotheses concerning superplasticity are analyzed. Prospects for the practical application of this phenomenon are discussed. The article includes several diagrams, formulas, and detailed table of parameters of two-phase alloys which manifest superplasticity.
