Evaluation of Catalytic Needs of the DOD.

Abstract

The report discusses the future catalytic needs of the Department of Defense. Included is an assessment of the states of the art of catalysis including theory, heterogeneous catalysis, DOD dependence on catalysts for fuel, and experimental research. The air pollution produced by and possible control strategies for several Los Angeles Basin military bases is also assessed.
