Some Non-Oscillating and Quasi-Oscillating Optimal Second-Order Systems (Nekotorynne Neostsilliruyushchie i Kvaziostsilliruyushchie Optimalnye Sistemy Vtorogo Poryadka),
Abstract
The article deals with a quick-acting optimal second-order system with piece-wise continuous right-hand side. The partial case of systems, considered in a 1967 publication, with piece-wise continuous nonlinear function is analyzed to determine the optimal response. The necessary and sufficient optimal conditions are derived. The concept of quasi-oscillating optimal systems is described and the systems belonging to this class are defined.
