Electric, Thermal and Thermoelectric Properties of Bi--Sb Dendritic Alloys,

Abstract

Dendritic liquation in Bi--Sb semiconductor alloys leads to a drop of electrical resistivity and thermo-e.m.f. while thermoconductivity increases. Thermoelectric efficiency of metallic alloys weakly depends on the degree of nonuniformity of distribution of components.
