On the Organization and Procedures of the Operation of Air Pollution Observation Points,
Abstract
The construction, instrumentation, and operation of simple air pollution and weather observation stations in areas across the USSR are discussed. Some modifications of existing instruments are described and the steps which were taken in certain areas to improve the quality of the data are noted.
