Experimental Investigation of Air Pollution in Industrial Regions,
Abstract
The article describes the experimental investigations of the Main Geophysical Observatory and other organizations studying the chemical content of the air and its interaction with various meteorological phenomena in cities with advanced industry. The methods of investigation are described in detail. The results obtained permit the theoretical evaluation of the relationship of pollution with meteorological factors and help to determine the zones of maximum pollution.
