Thermoelectric Properties of Gallium-Nickel System Alloys under Standard Conditions,

Abstract

A number of alloys of the Ga--Ni system were synthesized from the elements within the concentration range of 25 to 65 atomic %. Their phase composition was determined at a temperature close to standard. The specific electrical conductivity, the Seebeck coefficient and the thermal conductivity coefficient were measured. The Lorenz number for one--and two--phase poly-crystal ingots was also calculated.
