Abstract

The report discusses the Military Morale Inventory (MMI) and the Company Evaluation Inventory (CEI) which have as their origin a program for contingency management in basic combat training. They are used as a basis for evaluation and comparison of the morale and attitude of BCT soldiers over an extended period of time.
