The Problem of Damage to a Cell in Contemporary Pathological Physiology,

Abstract

A study of the nature and mechanisms of cell damages caused in an organism by diseases was made. The nonspecific expressions of the process of damage flow in the following sequence: Suppression of the enzymes of the external and internal membranes of the cell and damage to the active transport mechanism - the cell pumps, the damage to the subcellular structures of mitochondrias and lysosomes leads to the development of the hypoxia of damage and acidosis of damage, the damage to the nucleus and protoplasm of the cell is accompanied by its disintegration, and hydrolysis of its lipoproteide complex leads to the accumulation of acids.
