The Investigation of Splitting Off in Water, Ethyl Alcohol and Plexiglass,

Abstract

Ultrasonic, static, and pulsed methods are known for the measurement of the volumetric strength of liquids. In this paper, work for the pulsed measurement of the strength of liquids is described which uses the modified method of splitting off. As the subjects of investigation distilled water, ethyl alcohol-rectificate and, for a comparison, plexiglass were selected. The typical oscillograms of experiments are given.
