A Method of Setting Up Jerne's Reaction with Rickettsia Antigens,

Abstract

The report presents a detailed description of Jerne's reaction with the use of erythrocytes sensitized by various rickettsia antigens. Data characterizing the specificity of the mentioned method of investigation are presented. Jerne's reaction is recommended as a method for studying the immunogenesis in vaccination with various types of vaccines.
