75-LBF Thrust Chamber Refurbishment.
Abstract
Rocket Research Corporation has conducted a program to refurbish four 75-lbf flightweight monopropellant hydrazine thrusters under Contract F04611-71-C-0037 from AFRPL. These thrusters were originally fabricated by RRC under Contract F04611-68-C-0058 from AFRPL. This report describes the teardown, inspection, and refurbishment of the thrusters and provides conclusions pertaining to performance anomalies noted during evaluation testing at AFRPL based on observations made during thruster teardown.
