Abstract

The report contains a brief description of the purpose, substance and form of the 10th Annual Carnegie Cognition Symposium, sponsored jointly by the Advanced Projects Research Agency and by the Personnel and Training Research Programs, Office of Naval Research. The intent was to emphasize some of the variety of strategic approaches to a common problem.
