Abstract

The report provides system control information and specifies operating procedures for running the Balanced Force Requirements Analysis Model (BALFRAM) on the World Wide Military Command and Control System (WWMCCS) computer at the Headquarters of the Commander in Chief Pacific (CINCPAC). The report is intended as a manual for ADP personnel on the CINCPAC staff.
