Improved Command and Control for the United States Army Reserve.

Abstract

The basic problem is the development of an improved full-time staff organization for the United States Army Reserve Commands (ARCOM) that will lead to improved readiness through better command and staff management. Methodology employed in developing recommendations was to research the history of the development of the Army Reserve, review previous studies and ongoing actions to improve ARCOM staff organizations, interview key ARCOM staff organization with that of the National Guard.
