Prospects of the Soviet Economy in the 1970's.
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze the prospects of the Soviet economy in the 1970's. Three criteria are used in assessing the performance of this economic system: growth of output, efficiency of output and effectiveness of utilization.
