Abstract

The study provides an evaluation plan based on selected performance measures which will assist in the overall assessment of the effectiveness of the US Army over time in terms of the fulfillment of the goals and objectives of the CONUS Reorganization of 1973. Appendixes A to E contain the detailed assessment plan for TRADOC, FORSCOM, HSC, CAA, and OTEA.
