Abstract
The study provides an evaluation plan based on selected performance measures which will assist in the overall assessment of the effectiveness of the US Army over time in terms of the fulfillment of the goals and objectives of the CONUS Reorganization of 1973. Appendix F discusses the use of surveys as a means for collection of data. In addition to evaluation of the absolute data, Appendix G suggests two analytical techniques for the analyses in support of the evaluation plan. These are trend analysis and comparative analysis.
